Get to Know Us
Bedhead is the culmination of a decade of experience in the restaurant industry and a lifetime of experimentation with vegan food. Owner and operator, Chadwick Aufderhar, is from Washington State, where he previously served as the long-time kitchen manager of Allie's Vegan Pizzeria & Cafe in Spokane, WA. After moving to the Northside of Bethlehem with his partner for her graduate work, he took the plunge to set up shop here. He hopes to continue doing what he loves best: serving good food to vegans and non-vegans alike.

Can I make a reservation?
At this time, dine in is done on a first-come, first-serve basis so you cannot make a reservation. You can, however, place a pick-up order online ahead of a time. If you do this, you will be able to select the time when you'd like to come by and get your food.
How do I know if something contains allergens?
Our online ordering menu contains information notifying you when an item contains soy, nuts, or gluten. For some items, we have ways to modify the dish to suit your needs. These options will show up on the online menu. If you have a severe allergy, please let your server know and they can guide you.
What days and times are you open?
We are open 8am-3pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
